Deliver Meaningful Infrastructure Projects
My client is a well-established contractor operating within the highways and structures sector, delivering high-quality maintenance, refurbishment, and structural improvement projects nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team based from their Sheffield office.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of structures and bridge bearing projects from inception through to completion.
You will be:
·Managing multiple projects across the highways and infrastructure sector.
·Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, quality, and health & safety compliance.
·Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
·Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·Attending project sites as required to monitor progress and resolve issues.
·Producing project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
·Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future works.
·Supporting the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
What You'll Need
To be considered for this Project Manager position, you should have:
·Previous experience managing civil engineering, structures, or bridge-related projects.
·Strong knowledge of structures and bridge bearings.
·SMSTS certification (essential).
·Excellent project planning and stakeholder management skills.
·Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
·A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
·Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
·£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (salary dependent on experience).

Location & Working Pattern
This role is based from my client's Sheffield office, with a working pattern of four days per week in the office and one day working from home. You will also be expected to visit project sites as required to support successful project delivery.
