Salary range £50k -65k depending on experience.

Our client is seeking a Highways Site Agent/Manager to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Assisting Framework Managers & Project managers across national & local highways frameworks

* Flexible and able to work/manage night shifts where required.

* Experienced in CDM & carries a strong, positive Health & Safety culture

* Writing & briefing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Work Package Plans (WPPs), and Task Briefings.

* Directing day-to-day site operations, including night shift handovers.

* Creating and managing short-term look ahead programmes, setting out milestones, and resource allocation.

* Monitoring forecast costs, commercial performance, and helping manage the site budget.

* Assisting in the administration of contracts (such as the NEC suite).

* Identifying value engineering opportunities and tracking site variations.

* Ensuring all construction work meets design and quality specifications.

* Creating & implementing ITP’s

* Maintaining accurate site diaries, producing progress reports, and managing daily/weekly briefings.

* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover.

Additions to Salaries:

* 10% car allowance or company van/car.

* 3% 0- 6% pension contributions.Annual profit share bonus once 12 months are completed.

* 25 days’ annual leave including 7 at Christmas.

* 8 bank holidays.
