Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and stimulating Food Technology lessons for students of all abilities across the curriculum.


• Promote a love of food and a deep understanding of food science principles.

• Foster creativity and exploration within the curriculum, encouraging students to experiment and develop their culinary skills.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Food Technology curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards.


• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment within the Food Technology rooms.


• Play a collaborative role within the department, supporting colleagues and ensuring a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.


• Participate in departmental and school-wide initiatives to enhance the learning experience for students.
