Job Title: Hire Controller
Location: Kent
Salary: £35,000 Basic, Plus Company Bonus, 23 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Company Pension, Full Product Training, Career Progression.

Job Description:

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Hire Controller to join a well-established, nationwide hire company based in Kent. As Hire Controller, your role will focus on covering the powered access side of the business. You’ll become an integral part of the hire desk team, where full training and genuine career development opportunities will be available to you.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment
• Taking hire enquiries
• Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date
• Using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities
• Dealing with customers to a professional business standard

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience working as a Hire Controller is essential
• Experience working within the Powered Access industry is essential
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
