Job Opportunity: Hire Controller

Location: Wokingham

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Hourly Rate: starting at £13.50ph, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Raising Contracts: Ensure all contracts are processed efficiently.
Dealing with Customer and Driver Queries: Provide outstanding support to our customers and drivers, ensuring their needs are met.
Organising and Maintaining the Work Planner: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing schedules effectively.
Taking New Orders: Facilitate new orders and maintain strong relationships with current customers.

The ideal candidate

Previous experience in the hire industry.
Strong communication skills to handle a high volume of calls and enquiries.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude.
