Highly reputable Client within the permanent and temporary modular buildings and site accommodation, based in Banbury, is seeking a Hire Controller to join their dynamic team.

Being the heart of the depots, the successful person is someone willing to go "the extra mile" and have a strong focus on Customer service.

Job Description:

• Manage hire enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Advise Customers on suitable equipment for their needs.
• Create, process and prepare quotations, hire contracts and invoices.
• Handle and record all Customer enquiries.
• Sourcing new business daily (development).
• Ensure daily follow ups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records.
• Schedule deliveries and collections.
• Monitor equipment availability and update all hire systems records.
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
• Administrative support to the hire desk.
• First class Customer service!

Requirements:

• GCSE’s.
• Previous experience as a Hire Controller within the mentioned sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hiring systems.
• Numerical.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience within the role and sector.
