Hire Desk Administrator

The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting a Hire Desk Administrator based in Port Talbot area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family business, established since 1974. One of Wales's longest established HIAB transport Companies.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm

Holiday Allowance: 30 days per annum (22+8)

Overview: The client is seeking a highly organised and customer focused candidate to join their team. You will be responsible for equipment booking, processing orders and supporting the Hire Manager.

Job Description

• Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery, collection and on-support.
• Liaise with internal departments (operations, maintenance, accounts)
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Follow up outstanding equipment, payments.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in HGV Transport or similar Plant Hire sector.
• Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
