Remuneration: £26,000 - £28,000 + Monthly bonus, OTE £31,000 - £33,000

The role of the Hire Desk Controller – Storage & Accommodation Hire will involve:

* Hire desk controller position dealing with the hire and sale of non-mechanical plant & equipment such as: accommodation, storage containers, fencing, lighting

* All of your time will be dealing with all the contractor tiers, main, sub & specialist contractors

* Deal with incoming enquiries via telephone & emails

* Pro-actively chase quotes sent to out to customers and negotiate to secure business

* Raise jobs orders, job breakdowns & delivery orders

* Liaise internally to organise dispatch drivers and check order enquiries

* Ensure all relevant documents are accurately prepared and procedures adhered too

The ideal applicant will be Hire Desk Controller – Storage & Accommodation Hire with:

* Must have experience in a fast paced office role, ideally a hire desk position however would be open to internal sales/telesales or customer service positions

* Must be confident on the phone with customers, both inbound & outbound

* Experience within the hire sector or wider construction market beneficial

* Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and determined

* Personable, punctual and happy working alongside others

* IT Literate (Office, CRM systems)
