Portuguese-Speaking Coordinator | Egham, Surrey | £25,000 to £27,000 | Full-Time

Are you fluent in Portuguese and ready to take on a dynamic coordination role in the motorcycle industry? We’re looking for a Hire Fleet Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Egham. You’ll play a key part in keeping our hire bike fleet running smoothly — ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating logistics, and communicating with both customers and internal teams.

Main Duties:

• Liaise between motorcycle policyholders and internal departments to ensure timely hire bike delivery.


• Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule bike deliveries.


• Ensure hire bikes are prepped and road-ready (cleaned, serviced, compliant).


• Manage fleet paperwork and documentation for drivers and customers.


• Monitor helmet stock levels, order replacements, and perform stock checks.


• Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel trackers for fleet movements.


• Oversee MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing compliance for the fleet.


• Handle customer queries and resolve unexpected issues, including liaising with police or local authorities when needed.

Key Skills:

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability.


• Fluent in Portuguese (conversational or above).


• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.


• Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and internal systems.


• Proactive problem solver with a high attention to detail.


• Able to work independently and within a team.


• Minimum 3 years of coordination experience.

Developing Skills:

• Take initiative in learning and improving internal processes.


• Actively seek feedback and development opportunities.


• Participate in formal and informal training.

Job Details:

• Location: Egham, Surrey


• Salary: £25,000 to £27,000


• Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
