Hire Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,500 for top performers
Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30-17:30 alternate saturdays 08:00-13:00

We’re recruiting a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company working within one of our partner builder’s merchant branches. This isn’t furniture sales — you’ll be the friendly expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get their jobs done efficiently.

What the role involves:

• Talking to walk-in customers and contractors about their equipment hire needs

• Recommending the right tools and machinery from a wide, trusted hire range

• Providing expert advice to make their projects easier

• Building lasting relationships that keep customers coming back

• Supporting branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach

Who we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in phone sales, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing roles

• Confident communicators who enjoy problem-solving and helping people

• Motivated individuals eager to develop their career in a specialist hire environment
