Location: HA4 0NU
Salary: £33,000 + Bonus
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £48,500 for top performers
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–16:30, Saturday 08:00–13:00 (60-minute break)
Additional Time Off: One weekday off every fortnight (average 40-hour week)

We’re looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder’s merchant branches. This isn’t furniture sales — you’ll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently.

• Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs

• Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range

• Offering expert advice to support customers’ projects

• Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business

• Contributing to branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach

• Sales experience in phone-based roles, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing environments

• Confident communicators who enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service

• Motivated individuals keen to grow their career in a specialist hire setting
