History Teacher – Full-time Permanent Position – Surrey

Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Surrey, is seeking an experienced and passionate History Teacher to join their esteemed department. This full-time permanent position commences in September and presents a unique opportunity to deliver an inspiring and comprehensive curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and stimulating History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.


• Develop innovative lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum objectives.


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote individual growth.


• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.


• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and subject-matter expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.


• Proven experience teaching History to KS3 and KS4 students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
