Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging History lessons to students at various educational stages.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that covers a range of historical periods and topics, fostering critical thinking and a love for history.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, promoting a well-rounded education.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum and examination specifications.
* Provide support and guidance to students preparing for exams and assessments.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and any concerns.
