Key Responsibilities:

• Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

• Create dynamic and inclusive lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking

• Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations

• Contribute to a positive and high-achieving departmental ethos

• Support enrichment opportunities such as trips, clubs, and themed projects

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Have experience teaching History in a UK secondary school

• Be passionate about making history relevant and exciting for all learners

• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and communication skills

• Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration
