Academics Ltd is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated History Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Swindon from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate History Teacher to inspire students and share their love of history in an engaging and supportive environment. As a History Teacher, you will have the chance to shape young minds, delivering dynamic lessons that bring the past to life and encourage a lifelong interest in historical inquiry.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons as a History Teacher, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.

• Assess student progress, giving constructive feedback to help each learner reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with fellow History Teachers and wider staff to continually develop and refine teaching practices.

• Be a positive role model, promoting a genuine enthusiasm for history and creating a lasting impact as a committed History Teacher

• A degree in History or a closely related subject

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Proven experience teaching history at the secondary level

• A genuine passion for history and a commitment to inspiring young learners

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
