About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative History lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.


• Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of history, critical thinking, and understanding of the past.


• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of historical concepts, analytical skills, and practical applications.


• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond).


• Collaborate with colleagues in the History department and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History or a closely related discipline.


• Demonstrates a strong passion for History and a captivating teaching style.
