A well-established coastal high school in Lowestoft is looking for a History Teacher to join its humanities team. The school educates pupils aged 11–16 and provides a broad curriculum designed to develop curiosity and ambition. You will teach a varied History programme, helping pupils understand chronology, analyse evidence and construct clear historical arguments. The successful teacher should have strong classroom management and a passion for making History accessible and engaging. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a professional approach to planning and assessment. A relevant teaching qualification and secondary teaching experience are desirable.
