• Location: DE23, Derby
• Pay Rate: £440 - £475 take home per week after deductions
• Contract: Full-time, long-term placement
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30
• Start Date: Immediate start

Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to support pupils in a nurturing and inspiring secondary school? A welcoming school in the DE23 area is seeking a confident HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Supporting behaviour and engagement in class.
• Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs.

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
• Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptable, resilient, and committed to pupil growth.
