A fantastic primary school in Chatham is seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic HLTA who is comfortable working across all primary year groups and supporting teaching and learning to a high standard.

The successful HLTA will be confident leading lessons in the teacher's absence, delivering targeted interventions, and running small-group sessions to boost progress. The school offers a supportive environment where a skilled HLTA can make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.

Experienced HLTA with strong curriculum knowledge

Confident delivering pre-planned lessons

Able to run interventions and small-group support

Flexible across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Reliable, organised, and proactive
