Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with substantial experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to varying classroom situations and educational needs.
