We’re working with a welcoming primary school in LS6 that’s looking for a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join them full time. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on more responsibility, lead learning, and become a key part of a supportive school community.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN
Working closely with teachers to keep learning engaging and inclusive
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

HLTA status or strong experience at a similar level
Confidence leading a class independently
A calm, proactive approach
Someone who genuinely cares about helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
