Are you an experienced HLTA looking to take the next step in your career?

A welcoming and inclusive school in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be supporting pupils across KS2 and KS3, delivering pre-planned lessons, and assisting learners with additional needs.

The school promotes a respectful and aspirational culture, where staff and students are encouraged to succeed and feel valued.

• HLTA qualification or relevant HLTA experience

• At least 6 months' experience in a school setting

• Confident supporting SEN learners

• Able to lead lessons when required

• GCSEs in English and Maths

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Right to work in the UK

• Delivering planned lessons to KS2 and KS3 pupils

• Supporting SEN learners in and out of class

• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
