Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position at an inspiring primary school in Hounslow


• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups


• Lead small group interventions and whole-class lessons when required


• Assist in planning and adapting learning activities to support pupils of all abilities


• Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, including SEND


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence


• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to enhance student progress

Experience & Qualifications:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience


• Previous experience working in a primary school setting


• Strong understanding of classroom management and differentiation strategies


• A proactive and supportive approach to working with pupils of varying abilities


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Enhanced DBS check required
