About the role:
As HLTA, you will:

• Support the delivery of high-caliber, tailored interventions for children with SEMH needs

• Work closely with class teachers, SEND team, and external agencies to aid progress

• Provide small group or 1:1 support to enable children to reach their full potential

• Take the lead in delivering lessons and intervention sessions under guidance

• Support children in developing their social skills, independence, and confidence

• Become a key, valued team member in a forward-thinking, collaborative setting

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a SEND or SEMH setting (desirable but not essential)

• A passion for helping children grow, flourish, and achieve their best

• Ability to form strong, trusting relationships with children and their families

• Initiative, creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm
