Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Hammersmith


• Plan and deliver lessons in collaboration with class teachers across different year groups


• Provide targeted support to students in small groups and one-on-one interventions


• Assist with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management


• Cover lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning


• Support children with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN


• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to enhance student progress

Experience & Qualifications:

• HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities


• Previous experience working in a primary school setting


• Ability to deliver lessons confidently and independently when required


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning


• Enhanced DBS check required
