Role Highlights:

• Full-time position at a supportive and well-resourced primary school


• Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher


• Provide small-group interventions and tailored learning support


• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum


• Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to support students with additional needs


• Help create an inclusive and positive classroom environment


• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

Experience & Qualifications:

• 
  HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
  


• Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills


• A passion for education and supporting children’s progress
  


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• 
  Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
