Location: Bedford (Office-based Tuesday to Thursday)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Clients team, a tight-knit, experienced group supporting a well-established portfolio of high net worth and high-value personal lines clients.

While now part of a larger investment group, the firm continues to operate independently, maintaining full control over broking, budgets, and client strategy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handling HNW and high-value personal lines policies from start to finish.
• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation and client communication.
• Working closely with senior members of the team and contributing to a smooth handover from a long-serving colleague.
• Building relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients.
• Using Acturis to manage all aspects of the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience handling personal lines insurance (HNW experience is a bonus, but not essential).
• A confident communicator who enjoys client service and building rapport.
• Someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workflow.
• A team player looking for a long-term opportunity with progression.
