Position Title: HNW Family Paralegal
Location: Battersea
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000

Due to expansion, our top legal 500 law firm are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal within their Private Family team.

The successful candidate will have experience already gained within a family law department and seeking that next step.

Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will have expertise in handling a varied workload covering a broad range of family matters.

Responsibilities to include -

• Preparing bundles for court
• Liaising with Counsel
• Attending conference and meetings with clients
• Financial consent orders
• Drafting divorce petitions
• Setting up correspondence files for new clients and maintaining electronic filing
• Assisting with office administration

The Candidate - 

• Will have a minimum of 1 years experience within a family law department
• Completed LPC or BTC
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
