£13.40 per hour | Mon–Fri - 35 - 40 hours per week

We’re launching a Holiday HQ camp for 4–12-year-olds - and we’re looking for Adventure Camp Managers to lead it.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t just deliver activities - you’ll run the camp, lead the team, set the standards and create an atmosphere children can’t wait to come back to.

As Camp Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
• Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
• Be the main point of contact for parents on site
• Take the lead on incidents and escalation
• Play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed excursions

This is perfect for someone with strong leadership presence - the type who can keep energy high, competition fierce, and standards non-negotiable.
