We're launching an exciting new Holiday HQ Summer Camp for children aged 4–12 and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adventure Camp Manager to lead the way.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead the team, oversee daily operations, support children and families, and ensure every day is packed with energy, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

🚀 About the Role

As Adventure Camp Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for every child.

You'll lead and inspire a team of Activity Coaches, oversee daily camp operations, support excursions, and act as the key point of contact for parents and carers.

🌈 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Activity Coaches
• Oversee the day-to-day running of camp, ensuring activities run smoothly and safely
• Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive camp culture
• Manage camp routines, schedules, and daily operations
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and carers on site
• Support and resolve incidents, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
• Play a key role in delivering safe and well-organised excursions
• Maintain high standards of care, engagement, and customer experience

• Holiday camp, childcare, education, or sports coaching experience
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
• Experience working with parents and customers

🛡 Safeguarding

This role requires compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Provide two satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer
• Undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Provide documentation to support identity, right to work, and vetting requirements

All safeguarding checks must be successfully completed before employment can commence.
