Leading from the front - setting the standards when it comes to work ethic, team culture, communication standards, sales lead generation and conversion, and product knowledge.
Recruiting, coaching and mentoring high-performing Sales Advisors.
Staying current with the latest developments in the holiday home industry.
Working closely with the park General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to report sales progress and metrics.
