Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day in lieu

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
Respond to guest enquiries and manage holiday bookings across platforms
Provide accurate information on properties, locations, and availability
Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and payments
Support guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a positive experience
Process guest payments, refunds, and security deposits accurately
Arrivals, Departures and Cancellations list Property & Owner Liaison
Communicate with property owners regarding bookings and guest feedback
Assist with property updates, availability, and presentation standards Social Media & Marketing Support
Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Promote properties, seasonal offers, availability, and local attractions
Assist with taking property photos and short videos for social media use
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and company guidelines
Respond to basic social media enquiries and direct them to the booking team Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate booking and guest records
Update calendars, pricing, and property information
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams as required
Skills required:
Experience within sales and customer service.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Be responsive to change.
