Join our team as a Field Support Carer at Eidyn Care, an award-winning family home care company!
We're honoured to have the trust of families, enabling us to provide outstanding care to our clients within North Edinburgh (EH3, EH4, EH7, EH11, EH12) directly in the comfort of their homes.
As a Field Support Carer, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional care services to our clients within the comfort of their own homes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and support tailored to their individual needs. This position requires compassion, empathy, and a dedication to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Additional responsibilities:
· Maintain excellent communication, both written and spoken, with all staff.
·Support and mentor new/experienced caregivers
and building positive working relationships within the team.
·Carry out staff supervisions, observations, and
support visits.
·Maintain accurate records of staff supervision
and support meetings on internal apps.
· Participate in staff training sessions, maintaining own professional development at all times.
· Care plan reviews (once established)
· On-call out of hours service/support on a rotation basis
**You MUST HAVE a driving license & your own car to be considered for this role**
Qualifications required: SVQ 3 Health and Social Care at SCQF Level 6 minimum (or willing to work towards gaining this qualification).
Here's what we offer:
· Hourly rates ranging from £13.10 to £14.25 per hour for weekend shifts.
· On-call payments - Confirmation of payment will be provided at the start of your employment.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, with out-of-hours on-call, on a shift rota. You will be able to work between 7am and 10pm and able to work every second weekend.
On-call timings:
Weekday – 6am – 8am / 6pm – 10pm
Weekend - 7-10am and 7-10pm
