Home Care Worker

Home Instead Westminster is here to help the local community, providing care and support to allow individuals to lead fulfilled lives in safe & familiar surroundings where they feel most comfortable.

We are seeking to recruit some great new Care workers, Carers, Home Care Assistant, Support workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our Home Care Service – could this be you?

We provide full training and send you out with experienced carers to fully see what the job entails. Above all we want someone that: -Has a commitment to provide high quality of care and being the best, they can. -Can provide excellent care and support to all our clients. -Can show dignity and respect to the people that they will be working with. -Can work well together as part of our growing team.

 

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our clients are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with companionship, personal care and medication. We can also provide practical support with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and laundry. There are a range of different shift patterns available to fit in with other commitments you may already have. The only requirement would be that you are able to work every other weekend.
