Wakefield, WF1 / From £42,000 per year (DOE) / Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed)

About the Role of Home Manager:

As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the care home. You'll lead with integrity and compassion, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting your team to thrive.

Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager:

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with CQC standards

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the care team

Champion a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff

Manage staffing, occupancy, and budgets effectively

Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals

Drive continuous improvements in care delivery and service outcomes

What We're Looking For in the Home Manager:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting

Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care
