I'm excited to bring to market a Home Manager vacancy! My client are located in one of the most beautiful areas of South Ayrshire, with the home looking out on to a stunning view. At 40 beds, I am looking to speak with experienced Home Managers who have a proven track record in increasing Care Inspectorate scores.

Responsibilities
* Ensure a smooth running of the home prioritising resident care and staff support
* Adhere to policies, procedures and compliance standards
* Supervise staff members and carry out appraisals, supporting with training and reviews
* Maintain and create new relationships with external stakeholders
* Maintain occupancy levels and turnover, make improvements where possible
* Use marketing techniques to promote the home and overall business
* Budget management
* Recruitment and retention of staff

Requirements
* RGN/RMN with an active pin is absolutely essential
* SVQ4 Leadership and Management or similar is preferable
* Previous experience managing residential and nursing homes
* Proven ability to maintain Care Inspectorate scores and make improvements where possible
* Experience in identifying and implementing improvement strategies
* Communication skills
* IT skills
