Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Location: Beverley, East Yorkshire

We are looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Care Home Manager to lead a large, well-established nursing and residential care home in Beverley, just outside Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader who can combine quality care delivery with strong business performance.

• ?? Starting salary from £50,000, rising to £60,000 for the right candidate

• ?? Beverley, East Yorkshire - easily accessible from Hull and surrounding areas

• Demonstrated success managing large nursing or residential care homes

• Strong commercial focus - experienced in budget control, increasing occupancy, and improving profitability

• Confident in marketing and promoting the home to drive referrals and bed sales

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• No nursing qualification required - this role focuses on operations and business development

• Overall responsibility for the running and performance of the home

• Lead, develop, and support your staff team to deliver high-quality care

• Promote the home locally and build strong professional relationships

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (CQC)

• Drive occupancy and ensure financial targets are met
