Home Manager

A highly regarded, independently owned nursing home in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead its well-established team.

The home specialises in nursing dementia care, and is proud of its award-winning approach to supporting residents and their families. Rated Good by the CQC with an Outstanding outcome, the home has built an excellent local reputation, maintaining high occupancy levels and a strong staff team.

The successful candidate will be a visible and supportive leader, able to build on strong foundations while driving further quality and staff development.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a care or nursing home (dementia experience desirable)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
Financial acumen and confidence with budget management
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Salary

£65,000 - £80,000pa neg DOSE
33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
