Salary: Up to £75,000 (based on clinical and leadership experience) + Benefits
Location: Tonbridge Area

A large, well-established care home in the Tonbridge area is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Home Manager ( NMC qualified ) to lead its dedicated team. This is a large Care Home that provides high-quality nursing and dementia care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong clinical background to take ownership of the day-to-day management, compliance, and culture of the service.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience successfully managing a large care setting for at least 2 years
• A valid NMC PIN and extensive background in elderly/nursing care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to lead teams with clarity and compassion.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to person-centred care.
