Our valued client is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager for a large luxury care home in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will need to have strong CQC knowledge and experience as a home manager, as well as having solid financial awareness. The CandidateAs a Home Manager, you will oversight all operations of the home while putting a focus on growing the occupancy levels, financial management, networking to establish a great relationship with stakeholders, as well as providing a positive work environment to encourage staff development and continue to exceed the level of care provided to the residents. RequirementsProven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing setting (Minimum of 2 year)RGN (preferred)Strong knowledge in compliance guidelines and safeguardingGenuine passion in elderly care.LocationThis role is based near Birmingham and is commutable from Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Cannock, Solihull and other surrounding areas.
