Location: Hybrid (Remote & London-based office)

Are you passionate about helping people achieve homeownership through ethical and innovative finance solutions? Our client is a fast-growing, FCA-authorised provider of Home Purchase Plans (HPPs) and we are looking for a dedicated HPP Advisor to join their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organisation offering a multi-year fixed-rent home finance product designed to support renters on their journey to owning a home. You’ll play a key role in guiding prospective customers through the application process, ensuring they understand the product, meet regulatory requirements and feel supported every step of the way.

Home Purchase Plan Advisor - Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective applicants via phone/video to explain the HPP product.

• Conduct structured discovery calls to assess financial suitability and homeownership goals.

• Clearly communicate product obligations, including affordability and purchase requirements.

• Support applicants through the early application process and prepare them for underwriting.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all interactions are FCA-compliant.

• Collaborate with the underwriting team for smooth customer handovers.

Home Purchase Plan Advisor - What You’ll Bring:

• CeMAP Level 3 (or equivalent) - essential.

• Experience in mortgage advice, housing finance, or regulated lending - desirable.

• Strong understanding of HPPs, shared ownership, or similar products - preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with a calm, clear and empathetic approach.

• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain English.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Home Purchase Plan Advisor - What’s on Offer:

• Basic Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE + performance bonus (£55-80k OTE)
