Home Staging Installation and Logistics Lead

About the role:

Bringing energy and precision to every home staging project, the Home Staging & Logistics Lead is a hands-on powerhouse at the heart of the operations team. They work in close coordination with design and logistics professionals to plan and execute the seamless movement of staging materials. From expertly organising and packing inventory to leading the charge on-site with efficient loading, unloading, and setup, this role ensures every detail is handled with care. Beyond the logistics, they're a key ambassador of the client experience-offering proactive, professional service that reflects the high standards of the team and leaves a lasting impression on every staged home.

Tasks:

• Operating a 3.5-tone vehicle and transporting goods from the office, warehouse and customer location, this may require overnight stays.
• Packing and unpacking the homeowner's possessions, and home staging inventory. This could be in warehouses, client properties and other locations.
• Loading and unloading the home staging inventory in the warehouse, client properties and other locations.
• Safely handling all of these items with respect to the client's property.

Abilities:

• Full UK License with no more than 3 points.
• 2 years experience driving 3.5 ton vans
• 1 year experience in the removals industry
• Physical strength is required for this role.
• Good command of the English language
