Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a compassionate and proactive nurse looking to make a real difference in patients’ lives? At Inizio Engage, we’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team. This field-based role involves supporting patients in Bristol, Bath, and Swindon who are living with a rare disease.

You will provide one-on-one clinical care in the home setting, including medication administration training, patient education, and venepuncture for routine monitoring. You’ll act as a vital link between the patient and their healthcare team—ensuring continuity of care, accurate documentation, and excellent clinical standards.

• Deliver high-quality clinical care and patient education in line with programme protocols

• Teach and support patients in the self-administration of their medication

• Conduct venepuncture and routine blood monitoring

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

• Report adverse events and uphold company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards

• Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical updates

• Registered Nurse (NMC or NMBI) - active registration essential

• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience

• Proven venepuncture skills - essential

• Full UK driving licence - required for field-based travel

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident with Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems

• Satisfactory enhanced DBS check and medical clearance
