Job Title: Homeownership Services Officer Location: Bracknell (Hybrid Working) Permanent Vacancy £36,986 per annum Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homeownership Services Officer to join a Local Authority in Bracknell on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasehold and homeownership experience to support the delivery of a high-quality service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties Provide advice and support to homeowners on service charges, leases, and related queries Handle enquiries relating to resales, staircasing, and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire Investigate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and property services Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policiesRequirements
Previous experience in a homeownership or leasehold services role within a Local Authority or Housing Association Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charges Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently PLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
