Job Title: Homes Manager (Registration Pathway to Registered Manager)
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £42,000, rising to £50,000 + bonus on successful Ofsted registration
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities (LD)

The Home:

• Number of Beds: Multi Bed

Who we are looking for…

• An experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up and make this home their own


• Someone confident managing an LD provision


• A leader who can work autonomously, with full support from an experienced in-house Registered Manager and RI throughout the registration process


• Comfortable leading the Ofsted registration process — SC1/SC2 submitted as soon as you start, with the Fit Person stage typically following around 9 months later
