Your Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on Golf Course Machinery, both in-house and at customer locations.

• Carry out precise cylinder and bottom blade sharpening.

• Perform pre-delivery inspections and set up on new or used equipment.

• Complete all job-related administration and reports (e.g., app-driven job stories, CCMS, timesheets).

• Maintain a tidy and organised workstation with a high degree of pride.

• Competently carry out diagnostics on a variety of equipment.

• Comply with all company health & safety rules and regulations.

• Utilise competent IT skills for various tasks.

What we're looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and mindset.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team.

• A valid vehicle driving licence is essential for this Agricultural Engineer role.

• Ideally familiar with John Deere, Stihl, and competitive products.

• Previous experience as a Garden Machinery Engineer or similar is highly beneficial.

• A desire to excel as a Horticultural Engineer in Cornwall.
