About the Role

Morgan Jones is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established Further Education provider seeking an experienced and passionate Horticulture Lecturer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a horticultural professional with teaching experience to inspire the next generation of learners. You will deliver engaging lessons, combine practical and theoretical learning, and support students to achieve their full potential within a positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality horticulture teaching to Further Education learners.

* Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements.

* Provide engaging practical and classroom-based learning experiences.

* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Support student achievement, retention and progression.

* Maintain accurate assessment records and learner documentation.

* Promote a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.

* Ensure compliance with quality assurance and awarding body standards.

What We're Looking For

* Relevant qualification in Horticulture or a related subject.

* Proven industry experience within horticulture.

* Previous teaching experience within Further Education.

* Recognised teaching qualification.

* Experience delivering vocational and practical-based training.

* Strong communication, organisational and learner support skills.
