An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Hospital Manager to lead a specialist residential healthcare service in the York area. This is a 12-month maternity cover position offering the chance to oversee a multidisciplinary team in delivering person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.

As a Hospital Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, driving clinical quality, managing staff, and promoting a culture of excellence. You'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions while working closely with senior management to achieve organisational goals.

The ideal Hospital Manager will have a clinical background, a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and significant experience leading teams in residential or hospital-based settings. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to manage change and drive service improvements.
