Hospitality Architect for London Projects

You will join a team working on complex schemes that demand strong coordination, attention to detail and a rigorous design process.

The Role

As an Architect, you will support the design and technical development of major projects through key design and delivery stages. Working closely with senior architects and project leaders, you will contribute to coordinated BIM models, detailed drawing packages and consultant coordination across RIBA Stages 2-4.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural design packages through RIBA Stages 2-4
• Produce high-quality drawings, technical details and documentation in Revit
• Support consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project teams
• Contribute to design development, planning and technical delivery packages
• Maintain project standards, quality control and BIM protocols

Requirements

• You are ARB-registered and hold relevant architectural qualifications
• You have approximately 3 years' post-qualification experience within the UK architecture sector
• You are highly proficient in Revit and confident working within BIM environments
• You have experience delivering large-scale commercial or hospitality projects
• You have strong drawing production skills and a solid understanding of technical detailing through RIBA Stages 2-4
