Hospitality Assistant !!

Are you someone who takes pride in attention to detail, thrives in a polished, professional setting, and has a knack for making people feel truly welcome? Our City Law firm client is looking for a Client Hospitality Assistant to join their hospitality team and deliver a 5-star service!!

The role of the Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospitality services to internal and external clients.
• Setting up and down meeting rooms
• Taking catering deliveries and ensuring supplies are stocked at all times
• Logging maintenance or room issue with management
• Supporting with general catering and hospitality tasks

This role plays a central part in the setup, coordination, and swift turnaround of meeting rooms-ensuring every space is prepared, professionally run, and promptly reset to maintain a high standard throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in hospitality or front of house in a professional environment or law firm. This is essential to be considered!!

They are looking for someone who has a great client-service approach with a can-do positive attitude!

For this role you will be required to work 5 days a week in the office near St Paul's with an alternating shift pattern (daytime shifts only). They are paying a competitive salary depending on experience!
